Jaydahmann is a hip hop artist and an award-winning advocate for marginalized communities. His music is heartfelt, speaks to the inner city Toronto culture and his will to take care of the city's 'ghetto yutes' is undeniable.

Jaydahmann's musical career skyrocketed in 2008 with the release of his first single, “Anything”, dominating both Toronto’s Flow 93.5 OTA Live and Buffalo's 93.7 WBLK Unsigned Hype's number 1 spots. His rap style is an infusion of hip hop with Jamaican/dancehall undertones and is highly influenced by his Caribbean background and the Toronto west and east end streets he grew up in. His electrifying live performances have captivated audiences throughout the city of Toronto for well over a decade. Jaydahmann is seasoned artist and respected community leader who has shared the stage with hip-hop legends such as; ONYX, The Clipse, Bow Wow and on the other end of the spectrum shared the stage with political heavyweights that include; members of parliament, the Premier of Ontario and the Prime Minister of Canada.

Jaydahmann is a visionary and man of the people. At this stage in his career, he has become well known for using the power of his music, his voice and his presence to positively influence the lives of others and help develop underserved communities. He maintains a strong presence on social media, using it to inspire, educate, and promote local artists and Black businesses. Jaydahmann also regularly organizes platforms that bring together the community, local artists and low income Torontonians to remove barriers, celebrate life, access professional development and mentorship through initiatives like his annual, Power of Influence and School Ready Program.

On the horizon, Jaydahmann prepares for the musical release of his upcoming mixtape, 

'Life Requires Effort'.  This compilation is 12 tracks of classic Jaydahmann, rapping over classic beats. It features a short cut of his new single, Life Is So Hard, and will be accompanied in the 1st quarter of 2021 by the 'Life Requires Effort' motivational talk. Jaydahmann is no stranger to receiving awards but explains that the 'Life Requires Effort' project is not about accolades, "it's all about impact". 

Things have come full circle for Jaydahmann and he's ready to let the world hear the story of the ghetto yutes of Toronto.
